Nicole has more than 20 years of executive and general management experience, with a focus on marketing, communications, building partnerships and convening experience in the public, private and government sectors.
Nicole provides the vision and direction to ensure the Foundation’s mission is delivered to the highest standard and she has a proven track record in the private sector, most notably in the hospitality industry, and since 2016 in the non-profit sector. Nicole is particularly focused on staff engagement and development as she looks to shape, support and develop a strong team, ensuring the right skills, capabilities and behaviours are in place to support an organisation where employees thrive.
She is a highly skilled project manager, with vast experience of managing teams and individuals across the globe who uses insights, data and new technologies to ensure the organisation can make great and impactful decisions at pace.
