Fernando leads the Foundation's academic team, from where they design training programs for school principals and teachers in Latin America. In addition, they design and supervise the monitoring and evaluation of all programs. In Argentina, the Leadership and Innovation Programme in Education stands out having reached more than 7,000 educators in the country.
Before joining the Foundation, he was the High School Director of the Saint Mary of the Hills School (Buenos Aires, Argentina) and coordinator of the International Baccalaureate Diploma program. For the International Baccalaureate, he led workshops for teachers and managers, as well as advice to schools in different Latin American countries: Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Ecuador, Peru and Uruguay and in China.
He is a specialist in Education from the Universidad de San Andrés and Professor of Philosophy from the Universidad Católica Argentina.
