Graciela coordinates the Leadership and Innovation Center in the province of Jujuy, leads the development and review of proposals implemented for the professional development of teachers at all levels and modalities. Together with her team, she also promotes the foundation's educational events that take place throughout the year.
She has 40 years of teaching experience working in different areas of the system for various sectors, in rural and urban schools; in technical teams of the Ministry, as well as in management and leadership.
